Execute the following statement: SELECT * from BATCH where BatNbr = 'XXXXXX' and Module = 'PR' (where XXXXXX = the Batch Number) 7. Verify that the Status of this Batch is R. If so, proceed with the following statements: UPDATE EMPLOYEE SET CHKNBR = '' where CurrBatNbr = 'XXXXXX' DELETE from PRDOC where BatNbr = 'XXXXXX' (where XXXXXX = the Batch Number) 8. Go to Checks (02.630) and attempt to reprint the Checks for this batch. Resolution 13061 - Delete records from RPTCONTROL for any report that is not printing correctly and process RPTCONTROL.CSV through DBUPDATE. CORRECTION STEPS: 1. Make a BACKUP of the database, which can be restored in case an undesired data loss occurs. 2. Access the appropriate Solomon System database in Query Analyzer and execute the following statement to delete the report records for reports which did not print. DELETE from RPTCONTROL where ReportNbr = 'XXXXX' (where XXXXX = the first five digits of the report number displayed in the report screen.) 3. Access Utility - Db Update (DB.UPD.ATE). 4. If the option 'Apply ... ' is displayed deselect it. 5. If using Solomon IV Version 4.x, select the DB folder and open the CSVs folder. Highlight RPTCONTROL.CSV and Begin Processing.
